Valuable insights gained from T3

One valuable insight I gained from attending T3 Conferences is the remarkable inclusivity within the event.

The conference brings together a diverse array of vendors, ranging from newcomers in the industry to well-established veterans. What sets T3 apart is its unique opportunity for women in the space – a front-row seat alongside top-level executives from various companies. This environment fosters networking, learning, and collaboration, making it an empowering experience for women navigating the dynamic landscape of technology and finance. – Danielle White, CEO, Myriad Advisor Solutions

In an industry where women may sometimes feel like we're constantly proving ourselves, it might be hard to ask questions; unfortunately, some people view question-asking as a sign of weakness. But the T3 Conference feels like a safe place to ask questions since everyone around you is questioning the status quo and asking lots of questions, too. At T3, there's an assumption that you're asking because you want to do something better, not because you don't know how to do it. It's great to see more diversity within the financial services industry, and especially at T3, where most of the tech geniuses have typically been male. It's encouraging to see more women attendees and more women technologists! – Shawna Ohm, Founder, Content 151

In the past, I may have even felt a little intimidated by visiting some of the tech vendor booths because I knew I'd be standing face-to-face with some of the best and brightest software engineers and innovators in the industry. But I've learned so much from stepping out of my comfort zone and engaging in those 1:1 conversations. I don't really have an instinct for understanding the inner workings of technology, but that's okay. T3 gives me the opportunity to level up and do an even better job for my clients and, I hope in some small way to also make a difference in the T3 Community specifically and the financial services industry in general by applying my own special communications skill set. –  Marie Swift, founder & CEO, Impact Communications
