Ensuring the success of all our products

I am responsible for all technical aspects of our onboarding processes and provide proactive guidance and remediation assistance to all of our clients. While my focus remains on the technical execution and automation improvements, I also strive to maintain customer satisfaction while using our platform.

What brought me here

I have been a part of the customer service industry since my first job at 15-years old. Back then I worked at Wheels Fun Park – a local park with mini-golf, go-karts and games – running the snack bar and eventually their summer day-camp program. Later, I worked as a manager at Wendy’s, which propelled me into waiting tables and bartending at various locations in the restaurant industry. I took the life skills that I learned in these aforementioned adventures and combined them with new ones that I learned from Carolina Career College and parlayed them into roles now.

How I balance life

Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, playing video games and reading a good book. But I have to say my most rewarding time is spent with my daughter – she is the source of such enriching experiences and helps me keep things in perspective. I actually think I learn as much from her as she does me.

My favorite quote

I have no idea where this quote comes from, but I would say I have been living by these words lately, “you are confined only by the walls you build yourself.” I like to keep this in the back of my mind as I navigate through my daily routine.

What I want to know most in life

I want to know what it was like putting together the first written language. What was the process to put words and ideas into written form?

Who inspires a sense of adventure in me

My daughter inspires me every day. Watching her learn new things and the look on her face when she figures anything out - is simply amazing. Sometimes when people get older, they can grow numb to their surroundings, and lose the ability to enjoy life. But the world is an amazing place and she reminds me that there is still so much out there to see and learn.
