Escalation/Onboarding Manager

Eric Engberg AdvisorEngine

Leading our data migration and onboarding teams

My primary role is to oversee the transition of all clients onto our Junxure Cloud product. I supervise the following; our migrations team as they work directly with new Junxure clients and our on-boarding team who service existing desktop CRM clients as well as new Junxure clients. These teams work closely with advisors to get their data loaded into Junxure Cloud. We meticulously walk clients through the platform; enabling successful functions across all wealth management workflows. I also function to troubleshoot and resolve any migrations and on-boarding related issues. My top priority is to provide a seamless transition to clients who have purchased our CRM product.

What brought me here

I have been a mainstay in the IT/Technology Industry for over 20 years; doing just about everything from desktop support, maintenance and database administration to programming and development. My roles have run the gamut within the scope of the field. But I would say, what I am doing now really sticks out as a high point.

How I balance life

Outside of work, my wife and I like to spend time together. We enjoy going to the movies and are very active in our church. We serve on the church hospitality team, welcoming and connecting people into the life of our church.

My favorite quote

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it cannot change you” – Fred DeVito

What I want to know most in life

I have a lot of random thoughts that pop up in my head from time to time – like who decided that an egg should be fried, and why? Who decided to cook beef and put it between two pieces of bread? I am full of questions.

Who inspires a sense of adventure in me

My wife. Since I met her, I can name so many things we have done together that I probably wouldn’t have done without her. She is outgoing and likes to get out and do things. I am the complete opposite, but she inspires me to get out and enjoy life.
