Driving efficiency as our Technical Support Team Lead
I am the “everything” guy – demonstrating and teaching our product to best support the team. I strive to guarantee every client has what he or she needs for success. You know those problems that just seem to stump you; I am a relentless type to search and search until I find the answer – even if it means taking the time to learn something new.
What brought me here
I began my career in a very calculated way – literally! I started out as a carpenter where calculating and measuring was crucial. I enjoyed the precision of determining angles, scales and blue prints. I then relocated to from Syracuse, New York to Raleigh, North Carolina and took a different approach in my career. I worked at Time Warner Cable as a customer service and technical support specialist where I fortified my ability to drive proficiency.
How I balance life
My work home life balance is very big to me. I have been married since 2017, I feel most present in life when I am spending time with my wife and our two cats. I love music, especially rock and roll. I have been playing the electric guitar since I was 16 years old. In my free time, I like to binge watch TV or cheer on the Carolina Hurricanes.

What I want to know most in life
I want to know what drives people to do what they do? Like, why did the first person to pick a mushroom off the ground and eat it – I want to know what drove him/her to do that?
Who inspires a sense of adventure in me
My dad is definitely who inspires my sense of adventure. He has always been so free-spirited, not tied down and off the cuff. He will do and try anything. I admire that in him.
