Kristen Bauer is the CEO of Laird Norton Wealth Management. She is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience in holistic wealth management. Kristen began her career as an advisor and CFO for a legendary Pacific Northwest family. She went on to become president at Threshold Group, helping transition a single-family office into a multi-client office, developing and leading the national family office practice and ultimately merging the company into Tiedemann Advisors.
