Compatible Browsers:

Mobile Devices: 

  • AdvisorEngine CRM is compatible with the latest two major versions of iOS.
  • AdvisorEngine CRM is compatible with Android phones and android tablets through Chrome.

Email Integration: 

  • Microsoft Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016 and higher with Exchange Web Services enabled) and Gmail (Google Apps for Work, SMTP only) are compatible with AE CRM email integration.
  • Full email workflow integration (email handling, contact export, some calendar functions) requires a Microsoft 365 subscription or installation of the Outlook Add-in.

Outlook Add-in: 

  • Local installation of Office 2010 or higher installed (32/64 bit versions of Office both compatible).
  • Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise and Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise required.
  • All current .Net framework and Windows critical updates ands applicable Service Packs must be applied.
  • Note: IMAP and Google Apps are not compatible with the Outlook Add-in

Calendar Integration:

  • Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016 and higher with Exchange Web Services enabled), and Google Calendar (Google Apps for Work) are compatible with AE CRM.
