    Franklin Templeton's PCS team is set up in two-person pairings of a portfolio consultant and portfolio specialist. In total, the 11-member team averages 18 years of industry experience. Among the group, there are six CFAs, one FRM, one CAIA, and nine graduate degrees. The team has reviewed over 5,000 portfolios since 2017.
