Using technology to improve business performance and strategy

My role is to enable and ensure all our technical applications are available to customers. I mitigate any issues that arise. I closely monitor the application servers and processes, troubleshooting along the way.

What brought me here

I have had a lot of jobs throughout my career, which translates into a lot of different experiences. I started back in Manila in IT, as a developer during the time of the Y2K bug. I worked for General Electric in Manila. After several years, I was hired by Chase and relocated to the United States and have been here for 13 years now. After Chase, I worked for Credit-Suisse. Most of my experiences have been within the financial industry; I am very knowledgeable within this space. 

How I balance life

I enjoy hanging out with my family and doing home improvement projects outside of work. When I get the chance, I also go for a run. I used to mountain climb, but unfortunately, an accident put a stop to that.

Who inspires a sense of adventure in me

My parents inspire a sense of adventure in me. They worked hard, but they also explored many different places. My parents’ work ethic has always been a model of motivation for me.
