My current role entails providing private training and webinars to clients. I have learned that each and every client is different and strive to meet everyone’s needs, while exceeding expectations. My end-goal is to provide best practices for first-rate usage of our platform. I also create and edit videos for our help center.

What brought me here

Prior to Junxure, I worked in a completely different space - as a classically trained tuba player. I performed all around Palm Beach, Florida while also teaching classes and instructing other tuba players. While I enjoyed my experiences with my instrument and teaching, I decided to go back to school and get IT certified. I actually attended church with Ken Golding, the Vice President of Junxure, who provided that ‘foot in the door’ with Junxure. The rest is history – I have been here since 2015 working with the support team. My background in teaching and instruction combined with my IT knowledge is a winning formula for successful training.

How I balance life

As my whole team here can attest, I am an AVID railroad buff. When I am not working, I volunteer at the New Hope Valley Railway in New Hill, North Carolina. I serve the railway as an announcer, narrating the Triangle’s train ride as it chugs along its historic track through the piney woods along its hour-long round trip. I also help out in the front office with computer needs and facilitate Eagle Scout projects at our center.

My wife and I enjoy spending time together and venture out on road trips whenever possible. As a native Floridian, I appreciate the beach and we never miss the opportunity to stick my toes in the sand.

My wife certainly inspires me. I am what you would call a “type A” personality; she is more laid back and serves as a balancing force in my life. She inspires me to be a leader, who strives to go out into the world each day, with the goal of making a positive impact.
