Delivering first-class service

I am involved with all aspects of our client onboarding process. I focus on servicing advisors as best as possible, while enhancing our platform along the way. By creating a powerful end-user portal, we aim to expedite account openings and digitize the entire investor experience.

What brought me here

I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina from Ohio, looking for a change of scenery. I lived in Ohio most of my life, so something new was in order. My background is in Electrical and Electronic Engineering where I gained a hands-on, practical understanding of engineering systems and computers. I also have worked in the restaurant industry for much of my career. My technical training combined with my service experience is a winning combination for my current role on the AdvisorEngine team.

How I balance life

By golfing whenever possible – actually, if I could live on a golf course, I would. I was always told there is no such thing as too much golf, and I stand by that.

Who inspires a sense of adventure in me

100% my grandpa – he is just the most intriguing person I know. When he was growing up, he was always known as a troublemaker, it was said that he would never amount to anything. He proved them all wrong and went on to become an incredible doctor. My grandpa embodies everything I have always wanted to be.
