The majority of my time is spent on custom reporting, migrations and Cloud System Administrators (CSA) related tasks. I am the point of contact for custom reporting – the creation and modification of new and existing reports. I communicate with clients, internal departments and associated team members to ensure client success at all points in the process.

What brought me here

This is my third career. I began as a Mechanical Engineer, designing law enforcement equipment. After a while, I transitioned into video game animation – working for Microprose, Hasbro Interactive. I eventually found myself in the serious games market, using gaming technologies to create trainers and applications for the healthcare and federal markets. After the economic downturn in 2008, I reinvented myself and went back to school to retool and gain some additional certifications. I decided to take another stab at another career. Ironically, it was an advertisement, seeking employees that led me here.

I balance life by surrounding myself with family and spending time with my sons.
