As Technical Support Manager, I have an in-depth knowledge of all our platform and CRM products. Leading our support team, I am proven to be effective at troubleshooting production issues while playing a role in everything -- delivering high-quality service is my foremost priority.
What brought me here
I began my career at Nexus Software as an Administrative Assistant, where I worked for 17 years. I had my hands on every part of the workflow processes; scheduling, client support, IT, marketing -- you name it, I did it. Unfortunately, an acquisition and a change in our company's landscape forced my position to be eliminated. Facing unemployment, I went back to school and worked to receive four different certifications focusing on digital technology. I attended a job fair and was fortunate enough to meet with Junxure representatives. The rest is history! I joined the Junxure/AdvisorEngine team in 2010.
How I balance life
I am a definite believer in “down-time.” I enjoy reading a good book, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I are avid Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam fans and travel to see them live, in concert as often as possible.

“Life’s too short to ______” -- fill in that blank. Life’s too short to hold a grudge, be angry, or have a bad day. The bottom line is that I try to enjoy each day because life’s too short not to. Have fun and smile as often as possible.

Who inspires a sense of adventure in me
I am instinctively a homebody. But I am lucky to have my husband who brings balance to my life and inspires that sense of adventure in me. He always enjoys setting out on various adventures -- actually, I’m pretty certain he would travel every week if possible. He really keeps me going, always inspiring me to join him as we set out on adventures together.
