My emphasis is on trying to make sure we understand our clients' needs. I work to ensure that we are being a good partner, helping our clients define and meet their goals with our software. I’m the common thread with many of our clients, providing that continuity in the relationship as I connect them with other team members.
Prior to AdvisorEngine, I was working as an office manager for a financial advisory firm. I transitioned to work with the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) division of that firm. In that role, I was in charge of evaluating and selecting software providers – including CRM and client portal. I was also responsible for driving implementation and adoption, for both advisors and our clients. It was apparent that integrations, and trying to get integrations to work together, were a pain point and always challenging. This got me thinking that there has to be a better way, which is why a uniform platform, like AdvisorEngine, is so intriguing to me.
I’ve been married to my husband for 13 years and we do a lot together. Aunt and Uncle life is a big part of our lives, we have 12 nieces and nephews. I love getting to know all those little people in our life. We also like to try to sign up for races as often as possible, you could call us amateur runners.
That’s assuming I have a sense of adventure. No seriously, I do have a sense of adventure – I love to travel – my husband and I are trying to get to all 50 states. We are at 40 so far!
