Kickoff call
Meet your designated Migration Specialist, Client Onboarding Engineer and Training Consultant to review your migration needs, discuss pertinent firm data and decide which information will be migrated to AdvisorEngine CRM

Data retrieval

Provide a backup of your current database via secured transfer to your Migration Specialist

Your Migration Specialist will present your data in its migrated form and give you the opportunity to provide feedback

Integration review
You will also meet with your Client Onboarding Engineer to discuss any integrations you want to deploy

A second review of your database with the Migration Specialist where you will also complete a follow-up data feedback form

Final delivery call
Your Client Onboarding Engineer will assist you with setting up email and calendar integrations, provide an explanation of basic functions and review optional integrations. Your Onboarding Engineer will be your primary point of contact up to 30 days following your go live date.
