A new year is just around the corner, and I’m really excited to talk about our product roadmap, but first, I want to say my thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by Covid-19. It’s my sincere wish that all of you, your family and friends stay safe and healthy. There’s nothing more important than the well-being of your loved ones.
The incredible news that vaccines are becoming available now makes me even more hopeful we’ll be able to come back together in 2021. I look forward to being in an office with my colleagues again, catching a Broadway show with my family and having a nice dinner surrounded by friends.
I’m grateful for all the product feedback from you, our clients. Our product management and design teams are using the output of the analysis of the comments as an important component to inform the work our product development team has been putting in to make your CRM better. I’m happy about all the advancements that were recently delivered and am truly thrilled about what’s to come in the new year.
We’ve been growing our team to support the goals we want to accomplish. We have increased our overall resources by over 20% with a focus on product management and design, as well as engineers and in quality assurance.
Our enhancements in CRM have focused on delivering new integrations that support your business: Mitel and VoicePro embed the ability to view records on an incoming call and click-to-dial clients directly from Junxure, while the Microsoft 365 integration simplifies the way you sync contacts, manage your emails, and send mass emails using Junxure merge fields. Given our remote-working reality, we're also planning an integration with Zoom.
The CRM is also undergoing a complete redesign and reinvention of the user experience. This is a major development, and I can’t tell you how incredibly proud I am of the team. The updated interface not only looks great, it is highly intuitive, it is streamlined and it will help transform your business.
The first phase of the redesign will be delivered in early spring and we will continue to share the enhanced designs with you over the coming months. As part of the next phase of this development, we’re introducing features to drive advisor growth. Webforms, which supports advisor marketing in a highly scaled fashion, eliminates the need for manual data entry. It will be released this winter, alongside an integration with Calendly, another tool for appointment scheduling.
We’ve built robust integrations with our custodian partners and are working to deliver additional custodian integration enhancements in 2021. These integrations will help you digitize your practice, enabling you for instance to automate the entire digital onboarding process, from onboarding, asset transfer to portfolio rebalancing and fee billing.
We’re dramatically improving the performance measurement and reporting capabilities in the platform as well. Here’s a small sampling of what’s being introduced:
New Client Portal Portfolio Reporting details
New Report Packager pages and features
Realized and unrealized gains and losses
Performance analysis by asset class and by security
The ability to add and control comparative benchmarks
In January we’re hosting a webinar to demonstrate how these new features can add value to your business.
For firms adopting additional digital tools, we’ve developed a suite of platform migration processes that will help firms transform their businesses with expert guidance from our onboarding team.
I’m confident all of these enhancements will take you and your clients to the next level in investment technology -- smarter, faster, easier and responsive to your needs.
So on behalf of all of us at AdvisorEngine, I wish you and yours a happy holiday season with much health, happiness and success in the coming year.
